All The Monstrous All-Nighter Details.

So we’re now just one week away from Disney Parks official summer kickoff event and that means you braving the monstrous crowds to have the monstrous night of your lives!

The Monstrous Summer All-Nighter at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World will have the parks open for a full 24 hour period, but it wouldn’t be monstrous unless you had some monstrous things to enjoy, right?

Disney has released more details on those things which we’ve summarized in the list below. Perhaps during the All-Nighter you can…

• FOODS: Breakfast specials like a steak and egg breakfast at Carnation Café at Disneyland Park or an open faced turkey sandwich at Flo’s V8 Café in Disney California Adventure Park. Be sure to try the green icing cupcake too!
• MERCHANDISE: Special limited “eye-dition” dated t-shirts, Sulley-inspired ear hat, and other souvenirs.
• ENTERTAINMENT: Special opening moment beginning at 6 AM (local time for both parks, an “Up All Night Dance Party” in front of Cinderella Castle at WDW, screenings of “Monsters Inc.” inside Muppets Theater at Disney California Adventure, and a classic Disney Character Pajama Party starting after 12 midnight in Mickey’s ToonTown at Disneyland Park. Be sure to catch Mike and Sulley scarin’ it up around the Resort too!

In addition to all that, we have some breaking news too! Remember when we wrote about how we were going to miss swing dancing when Fantasy Faire took over?

Well beginning at the All-Nighter, Disneyland will return swing dancing back into the Park on the same stage (which is now Royal Theatre)! The Royal Swing Ball will feature a live band where you can swing with your partner late into the night beginning at 10 PM. After the All-Nighter, Disneyland will continue the swing dancing beginning June 15 when the “Jump, Jive, Boogie Swing Party” returns on select nights during the summer. Just what Walt would’ve liked.

So as you can see (and what Mike Wazowski can clearly see), the Monstrous Summer All-Nighter will be filled with a monstrous amount of things to experience to kickoff your summer! As we’ve written before, be sure to bring a monstrous amount of patience and goodwill as there will be a monstrous amount of other people who’ll want to party with you…including those who just graduated!
